This Drum Enclosure Order Agreement ("Agreement") governs the purchase of products and services offered by Church Enclosures. By placing an order, submitting project information, and paying the applicable Order Fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Order Fee

‍

A non-refundable Order Fee of $250 is required to submit a drum enclosure order for review.

‍

The Order Fee reserves your place in our production queue and will be applied toward your final project invoice.

The Order Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including project cancellation, budget changes, scheduling conflicts, leadership changes, or changes in customer requirements.

2. Order Review Process

‍

Payment of the Order Fee does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

‍

Following submission, Church Enclosures will review:

‍

• Enclosure configuration
• Installation location
• Delivery requirements
• Installation requirements
• Site accessibility
• Project-specific needs

‍

Church Enclosures reserves the right to request additional information before issuing final project approval.

Production will not begin until final project details and applicable invoices have been approved.

‍

3. Custom Manufacturing

‍

All Church Enclosures products are custom-built to order.

‍

Because each enclosure is manufactured specifically for the customer, all sales are considered custom orders.

‍

Product images, renderings, website visuals, and configurator previews are intended to illustrate the product concept and may not exactly represent the final manufactured enclosure.

‍

Minor variations in materials, finishes, hardware, electrical components, dimensions, and manufacturing methods may occur without affecting intended performance.

‍

4. Pricing Estimates

‍

Pricing displayed on the website, configurator, marketing materials, proposals, or estimates is provided for planning purposes only.

‍

Destination, delivery, freight, travel, and installation costs displayed during configuration are estimates and may be adjusted following project review.

‍

Final pricing will be provided prior to production.

‍

Customer acknowledges that estimated pricing is not guaranteed pricing.

‍

5. Delivery & Installation

‍

Estimated Destination & Installation Fees displayed during configuration are generated for budgeting purposes.

Final delivery and installation costs may vary based on:

‍

• Delivery location
• Freight costs
• Site accessibility
• Building access restrictions
• Elevator availability
• Stair access
• Travel distance
• Scheduling requirements
• Special installation conditions

‍

Church Enclosures will communicate any required adjustments before production begins.

‍

6. Site Access Requirements

‍

Customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the installation site.

‍

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the installation location.

‍

Additional charges may apply if actual site conditions differ materially from the information provided during the ordering process.

‍

7. Production Schedule

‍

Estimated production windows displayed on the website are estimates only.

‍

Church Enclosures will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but does not guarantee specific completion, delivery, or installation dates.

‍

Delays may occur due to:

‍

• Material availability
• Freight delays
• Supplier delays
• Weather events
• Customer approval delays
• Events beyond reasonable control

‍

8. Changes to Orders

‍

Changes requested after order review may affect pricing, manufacturing schedules, delivery timelines, and installation requirements.

‍

Additional charges may apply.

‍

Church Enclosures reserves the right to determine whether requested modifications require revised pricing or scheduling.

‍

9. Warranty

‍

Church Enclosures warrants that its products will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use.

‍

This warranty does not cover:

‍

• Improper installation by third parties
• Unauthorized modifications
• Abuse or misuse
• Damage during relocation
• Accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear

Additional warranty information may be provided with the final sales documentation.

‍

10. Limitation of Liability

‍

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Church Enclosures shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, delivery, installation, or use of its products.

‍

Church Enclosures' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

‍

11. Events Beyond Our Control

‍

Church Enclosures shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside of its reasonable control, including:

‍

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Transportation disruptions
• Labor shortages
• Material shortages
• Government actions
• Utility interruptions
• Supplier delays

‍

12. Governing Law

‍

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

‍

Terms & Conditions

‍

By placing an order through Church Enclosures, you acknowledge and agree that:

‍

• You are authorized to submit the order on behalf of your church or organization.
• Information submitted through the configurator is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• The $250 Order Fee is non-refundable.
• Estimated delivery and installation pricing may be adjusted following project review.
• Final production will not begin until all project details have been approved.
• Church Enclosures may contact you regarding your project, installation requirements, scheduling, and order status.
• Product specifications, pricing, and availability may be modified without notice.
